Not all plots are equal
A plot cannot be built on without planning permission – that’s why we only list building opportunities with permission already in place. Renovations will not usually need planning permission if no structural or exterior changes are being made.

What information do you provide?
OOur listings include detailed information about each site – its current status, services, sizes, planning details and the seller’s contact details. Information is provided to us directly by the seller. There are aerial, area and street maps of the plot showing its location and surroundings. Most listings also include a picture of the opportunity.

When you find a plot you are interested in, you can contact the seller directly. We don’t act as a third party and we receive no commission fees from our contributors.
