All types of project can be financed from large multi-unit developments to a single flat being renovated and, if you already own the land or property, it can be used as a deposit meaning that you may be able to borrow all of the development costs.
Does a site need planning permission for funding purposes?
No we can consider sites both with and without planning permission.
Can I secure funding if I am self employed?
You can apply for development finance if you are individual, partnerships, ltd company, self employed or company director. We can also accommodate those individuals with adverse credit.
How much can I borrow?
Loans are not based on your income. What we will want to see is your ability to cover the deposits we require and in most cases your ability to cover interest payments. In some cases a roll up of interest can be offered.
Do you only consider large scale developments?
Not at all, each project is unique and whether this is your first project or you are an experience commercial developer we will be able to assist you with a tailored financial solution.
Do you have a tie in with a particular bank?
No, we have created a panel of lender partners so we can source the ideal funding package for a wide range of projects.
How quickly can you make an in-principle decision?
This can usually be made within 72 hours.
How quickly can I expect to receive funding?
Funding generally takes 6-8 weeks but can be quicker where documentation is readily available.
